grace notes

"The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all the saints. Amen." Revelation 22:21

grace gathered the

silence of chaos and

sang creation into life.

grace was in the corner

of the delivery room

crooning lullabies.

grace composed the

carols of joy whenever

we turned cartwheels in life

and chanted in the minor key

when things fell apart.

grace taught us the secret

love songs lodged deep

in the hollows of God's heart,

and grace will sing the

requiem

when we take our last

breath.
