evicted

“and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me.  And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20

of course,

if i ignore the lonely neighbor,

mock the most vulnerable,

walk past the homeless,

idolize the cruelmongers,

cash that check marked ‘privilege,’

i shouldn’t be surprised

people think i evicted

Jesus from the premises.
