“Be glad in
the Lord and rejoice,
O righteous,
and shout for joy, all you upright in

on this feast day,
i would take home
a doggy bag filled with grace,
box up all the hope
left on the plate
for my lunch all week,
gather up the crumbs
of peace to sprinkle them
on my cereal each morning,
and dance all through the day,
even if i can find no partner
