"There are many who say
         "O that we might see
         some good!
   Let the light of your face
         shine on us, O LORD!"  Psalm 4:6

we spend so much
time longing to see
goodness around us,
that we miss the chalk
art by the kids,
the folks sewing masks
for all their neighbors,
the teachers who are
figuring out how to connect
with their kids in these times
of distancing rules . . .

. . . and your face
beaming in delight
