even if it is only me,
i will wait in silence
to hear your whispers
of love over the shouts of hate.
even if i walk alone,
i will continue to hope
that justice will finish
it's journey to the forgotten.
even if everyone laughs,
i will keep hoping that
peace can mend every
broken relationship.
even if no one else cares,
i believe that hope
is the greatest gift
we can share with others.
