“As shoes for your feet put on whatever will make you ready to proclaim the gospel of peace.”  Ephesians 6:15

sometimes, it is the work boots

worn, clearing vacant lots so

gardens can be planted;

sometimes, it is dress shoes

for dancing with the ex at

your daughter’s wedding;

sometimes, it is the

sneakers with holes

from playing tennis with the kid

you are mentoring, but

peace’s footwear comes

in all sizes, all styles,

all conditions, always.
