like
friends at a
class
reunion who
crush
each other
in
bear hugs after
an
absence of 50 years,
love
and grace twirl
each
other round and round;
peace
and hope
can’t
stop staring
into
each other’s eyes,
looking
past the wrinkles
of
all the years to see
the
other as they were
when
both were young.
