let this curmudgeon

listen to the heart-changing

songs of little children,

watch the young couples

dance until the last song,

discover the wonders

of constellation’s designs

forgotten so long ago,

find the last piece

to the intricate puzzle of

love, so

i can not only age

gracefully

but

gratefully
