Fourth Wednesday in Lent

"They cast out many demons, and anointed with oil many who were sick and cured them." Mark 6:13

we continue to anoint

ourselves with the oil

of pride, hoping it will

keep you from being

able to cast out those

demons of

prejudice and politics,

of privilege and arrogance,

of knowing we are always

right because we could

never admit we are wrong.
