while we go
around,
double locking the
doors,
shutting all the
windows tight,
and turning the
dim switch low, you
are sneaking folks
in
the side door,
putting
food out, turning
up the amps,
standing at the dj
table,
with your favorite
playlist
cued up, just waiting
for us
to go to bed,
before getting the
party
started
