“‘Let me bring a little bread, that you may
refresh yourselves, and after that you may pass on—since you have come to your
servant.’”  Genesis 18:5
when
we welcome an
immigrant
to our
neighborhood,
we offer a gas
card
to the traveler at
the door,
give a glass of
cold water
to the thirsty
stranger,
we may just be
greeting
you, O God,
in the forest of
Mamre
